Candle Care

Burn time - To prevent tunnelling and create a candle memory, the first time you light your soy candle let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the glass. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. 

Trim wick before every use - it is normal in Soy Wax for your wicks to mushroom. This is easily fixed by trimming your wick to 6mm before relighting. Trimming will ensure your candle does not burn hotter than it should and therefore will prolong the life of the candle. Trim the small ball on the end of your wick to keep your candle burning gently, be sure not to cut it too short or it will become engulfed by wax. 

Avoid draughts - Your candle will burn best in still air, if it is not possible to avoid a draught turn the candle periodically to avoid uneven burning or possible candle collapse. If your candle is burning in a draught it may also start to smoke.

Candle storage - Candles are sensitive to temperature and light. Vanilla-based candles may yellow if exposed to sunlight or fluorescent light, this is normal and will not affect the burning of the candles. Store candles in an upright position. 

Putting candles out - It is always best to use a candle snuffer rather than blowing out to prevent wicks from drifting off centre and to avoid wax splashing. This will help to maximise the candle burn time. 

Keep the burn pool clean - If you get any black at the rim of your glass simply wipe it away with a damp cloth, this may be a sign your wick is too long. 

Diffusers

Direction of Use - Step 1: Place reed sticks in the oil and allow them to soak the fragrance for 1hr. Step 2: After 1hr, flip the reeds to saturate the other end of the reeds. Step 3: Flip reeds every time you notice the scent dissipating.

Warning! - Do not light the diffuser reeds. Ensure your Reed Diffuser is placed out of reach of children and pets. Ensure your diffuser is in an area it will not be knocked over. If split, clean area immediately as the liquid can damage surfaces. Keep away from electrical appliances.

Diffuser Refills

Do not Ingest! - If swallowed, seek medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Keep away from heat or open flames. Store out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with furniture, fabric, varnished, or painted surfaces. Use caution when flipping reeds.

Diffuser Dried Arrangements

Absorbing Liquids - If the forever flower arrangement comes into contact with or absorbs the diffuser liquid, it may undergo a change in colour.
Please exercise when rotating the diffuser reeds.

Candle Lighter

Important Notes - Always keep the safety switch locked when storing the lighter. Avoid getting wax on the electrodes as it can obstruct the laser. Use a gentle brush to clean any residue between the electrodes when the lighter is switched off and locked. Do not expose the laser to the flame for more than 2 seconds.
